AIRTEL mobile number is 9500446900. My problem in my sim is as follows..
1. I switch off my mobile (sim is inside the mobile). Now a person is trying to call my number, that time the person receives the recorded voice like this "number is currently not in use". (But actual recorded voice should be 'Number is switched off")
2. A person is calling to my mobile, I am busy so I reject the call. That time the person receives the recorded voice like this "number is currently not in use". (But actual recorded voice should be "number busy")
I raised this issue to AIRTEL prepaid customer care. My complaint number is 0928238105. I didn't get proper response from customer care. Everything is perfect, so we can't do anything for your query.
Still I have the problem. AIRTEL has the responsibility to fix this issue. So please do needful as soon as possible.
