Hello, i have airtel post paid connection since the last 6 months. Intially i used to recieve bills on time but, since past 2-3 months i have not received a single bill. and the customer care executive calls every other day to ensure i pay the bills. But how can i know my bill details without receiving it? The service is really bad and whenever i try to call on 121 there is some stupid and unnecessary phone adverstisements. The customer care executives are quite clueless about the service and give you a reference number just for the sake of it.
