My payment added to another numbe

I paid my bill to airtel by cheque and Rs. debited my bank account after month i check my bill record bill same as it is so i inquiry to airtel stall so he told me by mistake the Rs added in another person and told me that i whould clear this problem but after month my card is disconnected by the mistake of airtel store because he would not clear that mistake so what we step to those perosn kindly reply me;
