I write this email as Airtel (Maharashtra Circle) has failed to provide a specific service, which I had subscribed and registered for on the 4th of October. Despite several follow ups, the issue still persist and I am almost on the verge of requesting the renewal of the service (which unfortunately never got activated at all!).

As mentioned above, on the 4th of October, I had requested the Pre-paid Blackberry Service (Plan 299) to be activated on my 8700 Blackberry handset. The request was registered immediately and the amount was debited instantly. But the service is yet to be activated on my handset! Even as I write this email, I speak to a technical support personnel, who mentions that there is some weird problem with the servers, due to which the device is still not registered on the Airtel server, although the service has been activated!

Unfortunately, I do not even have a complaint number to provide, as the Technical support personnel mentioned that there is no request ID generated, when a complaint is being reported and is worked upon.

Note (4-Nov): Inspite of all the escalations there has been no resolution provided to me.

And to add to this, today Rs.299 more was credited from my pre-paid account to re-activate the Airtel BB services for the next month!
