Un necessary deduction of balance

Dear sir,

With reference to the above, I regret to inform you that there was unnecessary deduction of amount Rs. 120/- (Appx) with in three days with out any information. There are no extra services activated in my number nither I have down loaded any data so what the reason for the deduction of amount? Kindly revert back ASAP.
