Myself Sourav Chakraborty carrying number 9831935901 using from last 4 years, suddenly airtel balances are decreasing randomly and when asked about the details the customer care person (Kolkata) behaves roughly and saying that there is friend's chat option is activated against my number. But I never activated this type of options and my set also not supporting of friend's chat option. Now Airtel connection becomes disgusting for people.
