This is regarding my post paid connection of Airtel mobile number-9871895762. I am using this number since last 4 yours and having good track record of payments usage of avg. amount INR 1500 to INR 2000 pm. Just on Oct at beginning i got a few SMS from Airtel to submit the documents reason this is TRAI regulation, for updation of address, they need the documents, othe rwise fix up an appointment for the collection of documents call as at 9910111656. So, i called up on this number to collect the documents from my home, but the airtel representative responsed to call me back after talking with his senior, whether Govt bank statement is valid or not for address proof. But he did not call thereafter.
on 20th Oct i submitted my relevant documents in Radical Communication, lajat nagar delhi and called to customer care within 4 hours it was activated again at the end of the day it displays sim card registration failed. I called to customer care department many times from other network with paid service and holds me on line for a longer time, but the result is i am unable to see your details.
really it is very bad service from airtel after a several calls and given my alternate number for calling me, but it is not happened.
Bur for this disconnection i have not received from SMS or call from thier end.
Again on 13th Nov, 09 I visit to Radical Communication to ask for the reason why my conection is disconnected, they replied my document is not submitted and pending. I surprised, because the document was submitted on 20th Oct, 09 in the same Redical Communication. again they asked for the documents and filled the form, photo and documents along with a cash receipt of Rs 220/- saying it is towards unbilled amount showing. I paid it on cash and they promised it will be activated on 14th Nov, 09 at evening. But so far it is not activated.
I called on the numbers provided by redical at 7.00 pm, they replied to call me on my alternative number- 9582240545, but they did not. there after they did not picked up my calls and holds it for... and keeping busy... saying i am out of office etc...
I am really unhappy on thier service and respond and spent a lots of time and money for this my old post paid number. At least they should understand the needs of customer and valuable time, if they don't theyhave no rights to mis commit and mis guide.
