I am Dhirendra Thanki. I Buy Airtel Simcard for using internet in my PC by Mobile. I choos a plan 20Rs./day for mobile office service that is automaticly cut 20 Rs. PER DAY if service active. 21/11 the first day of I used this service and WHAT I saw 60Rs. of balance cut out without connecting mobile with my PC.That time I thout that it may be my foult becouse i'm use this service first time and i did'nt anything.
But, yesterday (DATE-26/11) evening at 7:43pm I requested for mobile office activation.[before activat service my acount balance was 31.14 Rs. ]After a minut I got conformation disply (not a massage) at 7:44pm. After a minut i got a massage (Sorry, Currenly we are unable to process your request. Please try After Some time) at 7:45pm. But there were 20 Rs. cut out of my balance. I connect mobile with PC there were no service started. Quikly I contected a CUSTOMRE CARE (for Airtel dailing 121). I told all my problem Mr.manish he told me that i was active my service at 7:43pm and diactive 7:47pm. I refused that and he transfered call to Mr. RAKESH and he was told me that what can i do for this and this is your foult . fater told that he was disconnect call .after this talk they are not recive my call. you can read above massages fot satisfaction. and today i got a new massage that (Sorry, Currenly we are unable to process your request due to nisufficeint balance Please Recharge and try again) at 11:06 am. If I diactive my service why thay sent me conformation massge for service.
I request to you please help me for recive my refund.
