Activating schemes without permission

Dear sir,

I have Airtel prepaid connection now for more than couple of months. My cell number is 09998414451.I am located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. My complain is that Airtel people are activating special schemes and that too without my permission. And then deducting Scheme charges from my balance. And up to date i have lost my Rs. 50.And they also have activated hello tune on my number couple of times without my prior permission. And have deducted charges for same from my balance. And now activating scheme without prior permission has become more frequent.

I would appreciate if proper steps are taken against the company for the same, so that its not repeated with me again or any of the subscriber.
