Hello,

I am Airtel user since last 2 years. Recently I started using Airtel Live after I received the promotional call SMS from airtel telling me that this services is free. For few months it worked fine my bill around 500 / - . since last month I started getting bills 1200 / - when I called the customer care they told me Airtel Live services has become paid .how can any service become paid with out intimating about.

I have logged many complaints to airtel. Customer care call guys call and just tell we can’t do anything in this.

I have logged 3 complaints 1 email to Mumbai head office but no one is listening to my view.

My point is “I WILL NOT PAY FOR THE SERVICE CHAGRES WHICH ARE CHANGED WITH ABOUT INFORMING ME”
