I have a complant to be register. last week I have faced a problem I
have done a online recharge of amount rs 300 in revert I have got
amount of somewere around 139.00
I have called in customer care regarding this it was actually on last
Friday between 10.00pm to 11.00pm ihave called the customer care I
have spoken around 4-5 people wich include pradeep, kuldeep, ajay
sudhir nobody have given me the correct information either they put me
on hold of 4-5 min or they cut the call. few of them pick up the calls
but no response from other side. Finally I spoke to amit bara he told
me that as I am holding lifetime plan of 1rs local call I will get my
processing fees back within 96hrs.
Next day spoke one other executive he told me that amount will be
credited within 48hrs
Then next day evening I again call the customer care same nobody
responding hold hold and hold or jus cut the call. Finally I spoke
with sudhir chandan he told me that the amount will be credited within
1 week. i have called after one week an spoken to ankit rastogi
he told me that amount will be credited by 14feb if not contact me. its not yet cerdited. i have tried to contact the cutomer care but i think my number is blocked no i am not able to speak with executive.
I don't know what the hell is going on nobody is giving me
the right information can some one please help me out.
