This is regarding O/s of Mobile No 9810352285, in the name of Mr. Ankur Jain. The same was surrendered in the month of May but again in the month of Oct/Nov it was informed that O/s is there for Full & Final Settelment which was paid in Oct/Nov07 with assurance from your side that sim will be blocked forever and new bills will not be generated further. But again today a call was recd from tis hazari court saying a o/s of Rs. 800/ is there.

Can you please clarify how bills are getting generated agnst a sur. number?

This is really heights of service quality from airtel. Pls revert on the on urgent basis so that I can plan my further plan of action agnst Airtel for the same.
