We didnt get full amount of recharging

Dear Sir,

This is to infrom you that today we did the recharge of my wife's phone whose number is 9801017187 this is my life time prepaid phone (this number is belongs from Meena kumari) we did the recharge with Rs 180.00.the amout is creadited in my account only 105.as per shedule we need the amout of minimum 160, why it is happen?
