I tried to know my connection status (#9740899880) continuously and I was always confirmed from your end that it has been disconnected and no further information about my billing was given to me what so ever. I proactively tried to know my out standing but I was informed that there is no outstanding. Neither did you people give me a call as requested by me in many of my previous mails to sort out the issue and get a confirmation.

To my utter surprise i recieved an e-statement today with an outstanding amount of Rs.348.42/-. PLEASE NOTE THAT I WAS CONFIRMED TWICE THAT THERE IS NO OUTSTANDING AND THAT MY AIRTEL ACCOUNT WAS COMPLETELY CLOSED, once by the airtel outlet in hyderabad and then by you.

I strongly demand the reversal of the charges that appear in my statement and an apology for harassing me as well from AIRTEL at the earliest. HOW DARE AIRTEL ASKS ME PAYMENT NOW. I INSTEAD DEMAND DAMAGES FOR THE HARASSMENT
