No resolution of complaint

Hi,

I had logged a complain for number 9970094446 on 28th Jan regarding no network coverage at my area. But till day 26 Mar 08 compain is in open status and I had asked airtel to give me waiver of rental from the day I had logged this complain and till it is not resolved. But inspite of doing this they had closed my outgoing calls from 20 Mar 08 and now today that is on 26 mar 08, they had closed my number without intimating me.

I had not paid my bill for last 2 months because the waiver is not updated and I had told them if they update the waiver, instantaneoulsy I will paying all my due amount.

My simple question is if they are not able to provide any proper services will Airtel is having any right of charging for services also???

Please help me in this regard.
