I have not received my bill till date

I have not received my bill till date i have complained at least 5 times i dont have the complaint referenec number in hand however i have spoken to Mr vinod, Johnsy... to name a few for the mobile number 9741988444.Its a shame that no one has contacted or kept me posted and more than a week. How do i continue with such a service, i was waiting to view bills online gave my yahoo id however yet to receive???
