SIR I AM MASUD MURAD, I HAVE AN AIRTEL PREPAID CONNECTION AND MY MOBILE NUMBER IS 9794057735,

SIR I HAVE SUBSCRIBED MOBILE OFFICE CARD AND AFTER 12 DAYS OF ACTIVATED MY SERVICES ARE BARED DUE TO IMPROPER SUBMISSION OF MY DOCUMENTS.

AFTER THE SUBMISSION OF THESE DOCUMENTS MY SERVICES REMAINS ACTIVATED BUT MY MOBILE OFFICE IS STILL NOT WORKING.

SIR, I HAD AGAIN TAKEN A MOBILE OFFICE CARD, 12 DAYS AGO, BUT IT IS STILL NOT WORKING AFTER ACTIVATION,

I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE SO MANY TIMES BUT THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY SATISFACTORY ACTION ON MY COMPLAINT .

SIR I HAVE COMPLAIND SO MANY TIMES AND ONE OF THIS COMPLAINT NUMBER IS: GPSC 3032108824400

THEY ARE ONLY SUGGESTING ME TO CALL ONE ANOTHER AND IN THIS PROCESS I HAVE PASSED 20 DAYS, WHEN I CALL THEM THEY ASK ME TO CALL 12133 B UT THIS NUMBER IS NOT AVAILABLE ON MY MOBILE PHONE.

SIR I HAVE ASKED THEM FOR THIS BUT THEY ARE NOT WORKING TO SOLVE MY PROBLEMS AND NOW THEY ARE NOT RECEIVING MY PHONE .

I HAVE WAISTED 20 DAYS IN THIS PROCESS, AND A THOUSANDS OF RUPEES TO GET THIS SERVICE BUT NOBODY IS ON CUSTOMER CARE IS STILL LISTENING MY PROBLEMS.
