Im ready to furnish all details and take course to legal procedure against an AIRTEL customer relationship centre at Nagpur, Laxmi Nagar namely, R C Cellular.
As far as my case goes, according to their scheme i had opted to changing over from prepaid to postpaid service.
But, after 7 days an altogether new number has been alloted to me and my original number has been suspended as they say.
The 'executives' there used unparliamentary language and their tone was everything but humble and apologetic.
The people there are not worth being called as customer relation executives. It speaks bounds of AIRTEL's commitment towards customer satisfaction... Just shahrukh in your ads wont do!
Il make sure they bear the brunt.
