I HV APPLIED FOR A DUPLICATE SIM CARD 15 DAYS AGO DIRECTLY TO THE DISTRIBUTOR SO THAT I CAN GET IT QUICKLY... THAT ALSO HE TOOK 150 RUPEES INSTEAD OF 100 RUPEES..I GOT MY SIMCARD AFTER SENEN DAYS ..BUT WHAT I FOUND MY SIM INACTIVE..HE TOLD ME IT LL ACTIVE IN A DAY..BUT AFTER 7 DAYS IT IS NOT ACTIVATED TILL DATE..EVEN AFTER MY REPEATED COMPLAN TO THE DISTRIBUTOR & CUSTOMER SERVIVE... SHAME ON YOU AIRTEL
