This is for your kind information that I enrolled myself with your prestigious organization on 8th March. 2008 . Presently, I am working as Engineer Architecture in KPIT Cummins infosystem, Pune.i got a new post paid connection from the Ariel executive who's name is Tushar (9860149185with his contact number). He took all the documents from me and activated my new number. It was working fine for atleast 15 days and then they stop my outgoing calls. I called the customer care and they told me that you have to incomplete documents so you have to fill up one form at the nearest Ariel gallery and then your outgoing will be started in three hours. I went to the Ariel gallery in Kalyani nagar and they told me that you have to submit the address proof. I told them that my the person who gave me this post paid connection have submitted all the documents. They called the executive Tushar and he told me that he will make sure that my outgoing will be started in 2 hours however it took 2 days. My number was working fine for 3-4 days and then they disconnected my number. Again i went to the Kalayani nagar Airtel gallery and they told me that your number is disconnected due to incomplete documents. I called the same executive (Tushar) and he told me that talk to his boss. He gave me the number of his boss who's name is Mahesh (Contact number-9890548991). I called Mahesh on Friday and he told me that my number will be activated in 3 hours. I kept on calling and he gave me different excuses till now and was talking to me very roudely till today. At last i told me him that can i speak to the concerned person then he told me if you want to complained then you can do that also and told me that it is not his work.when i call the customer care they ask me to approach the Ariel gallery, when i approach the Ariel gallery then they say that approach the executive who gave me the connection, when i approach the executive he says approach to my boss and when i approach his boss he says its not my problem, if no one is responsible then who the hell is responsible for this. I gave this number to many companies for the interviews because of the low profile aortal service i loosing lot of the things in my career. This is the kind of the customer service you people provides to the customer.

sp please activate my number as soon as possible.

my alternate contact number is 9765738310 i took as a post paid from vodafone and had to pay Rs.500 for that.

As such I request you to kindly look into the matter personally & if possible please provide adequate resolution to avoid mental harassment. As I have been corresponding with your office for the last one & half month but without any proper resolution, I hope yourgoodself will be kind enough to give a positive reply to save the precious time both of yours & mine.
