Dear sir,
During my last billing cycle, I came to know through an SMS that my Bill Plan has been unilaterally
changed by AIRTEL to Call at 1 plan, there after I lodged a complaint and get the orignal bill plan reinstated. Then again I have to lodge complaint to get my bill changed according to my existing plan.
Surprisingly again during the current billing cycle my bill plan has been changed to AIRTEL Call at 1 plan and bill also raised accordingly.
CAN YOU HELP ME TO TEACH AIRTEL A LESSON FOR SUCH UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES.
