Dear Sir,
1. I am having Mobil No 9871274995 from Airtel.
2. On 8th Jan a SMS from 54312 on my above Mobil informing me that subscription to Christian Smart Aleters has been activated & Rs. 30/- has been charged from my account. Since I have not made any reqwuest for activte of such kind of aleters, I immediaely contacted to Airtel
(121) and complained such thing and also requested for stoppong such aleters with request to
refund the amount of Rs 30/- in my Mobil balance account, which been recovered without my constant.
3. Instead of stopping of such aleters, subscription
still being recoverd from my mobil account as detailed below as per SMSs from 54312 :-
On 8 Jan 08 = Rs. 30.00
On 8 Feb 08 = Rs. 7.00
On 15 Feb 08 = Rs. 7.00
On 22 Feb 08 = Rs. 7.00
On 29 Feb 08 = Rs. 7.00
On 7 Mar 08 = Rs. 7.00
On 14 Mar 08 = Rs. 7.00
4.My complaint has been registered by Airtel (121)
vide RefNo 0226218664 on 26 Feb 08, even though alterts & subs being deducted, I request to stop such alters and refund the entire amount of
subscription (Rs 72/-) in my mobil balance account.
