Dear Sir,
Airtel has been deducting balance from my account on a regular basis now. Every time i call Customer care, they ask me for the same questions and give me no help. Every single time i am told that i have been using Airtel Live (internet) services when i have not been using it. I have several reference numbers sent to me (few of which i will put down below). Every single time i request them to deactivate these services permanently and i am told that it will be done in 2 hours time, but after every couple of days time they deduct balance for the same reason. And when i call Customer care again, they act rude and insult us as if we have no idea on how to use a mobile. Request you to help me regarding this since this is becoming a very irritating and frustrating issue. I have been using this sim (number) for more than 7 years now and never had i faced any such problems, i am surprised by the lack of efficiency and such behaviour from Airtel. Your Customer Care Executices like Gautam Mukherjee should be sacked right away since these executives have absolutely no idea on how to talk to a customer and do not deserve to be customer care officials.
