Respected sir,
I am an airtel prepaid customer for the last 3 years. My name is Priyanka Shrivastava and my airtel prepaid number is 9685725686.
On sunday at 10:27 pm, 07-11 I checked my balance and found that my account was deducted of Rs. 30/-.
So I called up 198 for registering my complaint and found out that one of the Airtel Service “Airtel Astrology Services” was activated on my phone without my consent. The request reference number for the same is CBDAS 21107560750. The customer care executive told me that he is going to transfer my call to his senior executive and then call is droped, i tried a lot bt could not make another call with customer care executive again and i found that suddenly there was no option for making call with executives.
For no fault of mine and not subscribing for that service as above my account has been deducted of Rs. 30/- without my consent.
I also sufering with same problem with my another airtel no 9752121770.
Sir, I am writing this email to you to reach a solution to my problem which is unknowingly burdened on me.
