Wrongly charged in bill (some facts remains for previous complaint)

As my connection has been working from more than past 1-1/2 years. and your crm at sec-34 chd shows that my connection has been activated only 1 month back, which totally wrong, it means i have been charged wrongly from past more than 1-1/2 years, where that huge amount of the bill goes. i have been disagree and very much disturbed mentally by the airtel company.
