NO NDNC service after registration with TRAI after 03 months also

I resister in NDNC with TRAI, for the telephone numbers pertaining to AITREL i.e 9952348602 & 9952348603 viz registration No. S102 1134 287 and S 102 1134 397 before in the month of Aug. As per regulations of TRAI all the SMS and promotional offers should be stopped after 45 days of registration. But they are sending 15-20 SMS per day and whenever they feels to distrub. The TRAI is not doing any thing and they are sending missed calls, if I redial the call they are detecting money around Rs 2/. Should I approch the law to shortout this disbute, Should I get the compensatiojn from TRAI and AIRTEL with calculated interest
