Regarding cancellation

People from airtel provided false promises that they would wave first month bil during induction. But they failed to do.they added late fee and disconnected my number and they are asking to pay huge amount. i paid sum of 400 rupees to a number but they failed to deduct that amount. Now they are sending notice from Ken Advocates.i spoke to customer care several times but no use all in vain. What shall i do?
