Lost of pre paid card

This is to inform you that my Airtel prepaid card number 8968860723 has been lost with my mobile set in Kolkata while travelling from Chetla to Salt lake by West Bengal Surface transport Corporation on 25th of January.

You are requested to please deactivate/cancel the above card number immediately.

I have already lodged a complain to Airtel customer care, kolkata over phone

but they said that they can not cancell the same as it belongs to punjub.

Please confirm me to my mail id [email protected] that the same is cancelled.
