Mobile Bill Not Received

Dear Airtel,

This is to inform you that from Last Feb i have not received my bill at home. My Mobile No is 9892135665.

From Last Feb 08 i am unable to receive the bill copy at my residencial address, after complaining on the customer service soo many time they have just given me Service Request reference no only like (16832440, 16746935, 16746781).

After making soo many calls there is no one who called me for solution or reason for not sending the bill at home, & from airtel i am just receiving the Service Request reference number, no service been provided by any one in this regards.

As you can go from my no i am with airtel from last more than 3 yrs. I have paid my bills every time before due date.

So please provide me the services & send my bill on time to my residence address.

Please reply for the same.
