RESPECTFULLY I WANT TO TELL YOU SOMETHING ABOUT WHAT I AM GOING THROUGH THESE DAYS I.E.

(THE PERIOD BETWEEN 05-06 TILL NOW WHEN I AM WRITING TO YOU)

SIR, MY NAME IS RAHUL POONIA, I M A STUDENT AND I AM FROM MEERUT CANTT.I AM USING YOUR AIRTEL MOBILE SERVICE... SIR MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDED BY YOU IS REALLY GREAT BUT FROM LAST FEW DAYS MY BALANCE WAS DEDEUCTING WITHOUT ANY SPECIFIC REASON WITHOUT USING YOUR AIRTEL SERVICES. I AM TELLING YOU IN DETAIL:-

1. MY FIRST WRONG DEDDUCTION HAPPENED ON 05-06. ON 5TH OF JUNE08. I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM AIRTEL THAT (CONGRATULATIONS ON SUBSCRIBING TO THE ON DEMAND SERVICE. YOU CAN NOW ENJOY 20 MIN OF YOUR FAVOURITE MUSIC FOR 20 DAYS AT JUST RS.20. TO UNSUBSCRIBE CALL 54321300.) MY BALANCE BEFORE DEDUCTION WAS RS23.49 AND AFTER DEDUCTION IT WAS RS.3.49

I RECEIVED THIS MESSAGE WITHOUT SUBSCRIBING ANY OF THE AIRTEL SERVICES AND MY BALANCE RS20 WAS DEDUCTED WRONGLY. I COMPLAINED THIS MATTER TO YOUR AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE ON 121. THEY ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT THAT... SO I ASKED THEM FOR MY DETAILS. THEY TOLD ME THAT CALL US AFTER 24HRS WE PROVIDE YOU DETAIL.

NEXT DAY THAT IS ON 6TH OF JUNE08 I CALL THEM AT AROUNG 2:00PM, THEY SAID SORRY SIR WE WILL CREDIT YOUR BALANCE BACK WITHIN 24HRS BUT MY BALANCE WAS CREDITED ON 9TH OF JUNE AROUNG 2:00PM...

NOW MY BALANCE WAS RS.20.29, AGAIN SAME KIND OF MESSAGE RECEIVED AFTER MY WRONGLY DEDUCTED BALANCE OF RS20 CREDITED THIS TIME THE MESSAGE IS (CONGRATULATIONS ON SUBSCRIBING TO THE ON DEMAND SERVICE. YOU CAN NOW ENJOY 10 MIN OF YOUR FAVOURITE MUSIC FOR 10 DAYS AT JUST RS.10. TO UNSUBSCRIBE CALL 54321300.) THIS MESSAGE RECEIVED AT 2:26PM ON 9TH JUNE...

AGAIN RS10 DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE WITHOUT MYSELF USING YOUR SERVICES... WITHOUT SUBSCRIBING ANY OF YOUR SERVICES..

AGAIN I CALL UP TO YOUR AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE ON 121... THIS TIME THEY AGAIN START ARGUING RELATED WITH THIS ISSUE OF SUBSCRIBING... AND MY NUMBER WAS BLOCKED SINCE THEN... FROM INTERACTING TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE... I TALK THEM RESPECTFULLY AND POLITELY I NVER USED ANY VULGUR WORDS OR SOMETHING ELSE WHILE INTERACTING TO THEM...

NOW WHEN I CALL UP TO TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE ON (IVR) RESPONDING ME, SAYING THAT (FOR ANY OF YOUR QUERY MESSAGE US ON 121 WE WILL PROVIDE YOU SOLUTIONS IN NEXT 24HRS...

NOW SIR I M COMPLAINING YOU WHAT TO DO NOW WHERE TO COMPLAIN... NOW I AM UNABLE TO CONTACT THEM BECAUSE THEY BLOCK MY NUMBER (09997795319)

NOW SIR I WANT SOLUTION, I WANT MY BALANCE BACK, I WANT STRICT ACTION AGAINST YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE AND SENIOR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE WHO ARE WORKING IN MEERUT ZONE & I WANT COMPENSATION... FOR THE MENTAL TORTURE... WASTING TIME IN RECOVERING MY MONEY.

AND AT LAST I WANT TO SAY THAT IF I AM WRONG AND I HAVE USED THERE AIRTEL SERVICES... I WANT DETAILS OF MY USAGE..ASK THEM TO CALL ME AND UNBLOCK ME... BUT I M DEFINATELY SURE THAT I M ABSOLUTELY CORRECT IN MY SAYING...

AT LAST I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT HOW CAN *BHARTI-AIRTEL* DO THESE KIND OF STUPIDS MISTAKES TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS, AIRTEL IS LARGEST MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER IN INDIA AND I NEVER EXPECT THESE KIND OF THINGS FROM AIRTEL THAT'S WHY I PREFER TO USE YOUR MOBILE SERVICES...
