Excess debit for GPRS

I sent SMS to activate GPRS on 10th May at 8.00 PM.and the GPRS activated at 10.00 PM. On 11th at about 8.00 PM I sent messag to Deactivate. Airtel is supposed to cut only Rs.15/- from my account but after 5 days, when I checked they have deducted Rs.75/-. In this connection I called thier Customer Care department number of times, but their executive disconnect the line and somethim do not give any proper reply.

I sent 13 reminders to their Customer Care through e-mail and the only replies were Automated 'system is down shall get in touch within 72 hours.'. I also sent SMS to them. They are least bothered. This is the attitude of one of the leading Telecon Company.
