I am using airtel prepaid service in Nasik maharashtra.my mobile no. is9975032919. 4-5 days back airtel deducted Rs.34/- from my a/c without any reason. When i called them up they told me that some JAVA game was activated & for that the amt. has been deducted. But i have not activated anything from my side. I told them to deactivate that immediately. & they told me within 24 hrs. The said service will be deactivated & they assure me that the same thing will not happen again. But today (30-03-11) they have again deducted Rs.20/- from my a/c & send 2 mssg that Rs.20/- has been charged for some game. but again I have not activated anything from my side. I have tried several times to contact their customer care no. but no one is there to answer the phone. Only some computerized recorded mssg is coming…how can they deduct amt from my a/c without any reason? Please help. Otherwise I have to switch from airtel to some other service provider. And I want ans. From company otherwise I will launch the complete in consumer forum.
