What the hell Airtel is doing..

with out my knowledge they have activated 64611030DWN_PRM on my postpaid connection. evary month i have been charging 30/- per month from the past 6 months. I called customer care but no use, they have not at all responded well. so last month i have blasted one of customer care executive regarding this. so finally he told me that it is ''music on demand'' service. i dont know how this service is activated on my mobile, im 100% sure that me or none of my frends has activated this service..so how could this service activated on my mobile???

Again i asked cc executive for deactivation procedure, he told some process but it has not worked.. so again i called him finally he told me that he was going to deactivate this service on behalf of me, and he himeself deactivated this service and he confirmed the deactivation status. But oh my god this month again i have charged for the same.. Whom should i ask now? who is going to help me out? how to deactivate this service? what to do now? i got frustrated with the Airtel customer care services, i wanted to swith to some other service provider..
