The services provided by airtel is absolutely a headache. There was a message in my inbox claimingh that all the tariff rate of STD calls have been droped down to Rs 1.5/-. But in Friendz card the scheme is not applicable this is not mentioned. Why the hell do u send messages when the scheme is not applicable? After making a STD call I found that my Rs 149 has simply drowmned away i.e. tariff of Rs 3.4 is active to me.

Why do you outsource a wrong information? On contacting customer care they say you will have to check by yourself. Moreover the range of airtel is so weak that hardly a message is reached even when cell is out of coverage area.
