Poor Customer Service

I had taken the "South Economy" pack in Aug. After Jan I've not been able to view "Adithya" channel (Which is part of the Free Tamil Top-up) that I have opted for.

Even after making several complaints, this problem is not rectified. I have to call the Customer Service and they rectify it every month. They say that this is a technical issue.

Even now I'm not able to view this Channel.
