Echarge not successful

I lost my mobile 2 months ago, which had validity up to march. after 2 months i filed a complaint about it and made sim of same number 9960587754, but now problem had arised, no recharge plan had been successful so far and they are not showing me as a prepaid customer. ARC says that the number has been deleted and it will be in operation after 6 months which is a very long span of time, i request company to provide me service on my number 9960587754 as quickly as they can.
