I had visited ur Andheri (E) ARC on Wednesday, 25/06 & spoke to Manisha sitting at counter no.3.
I explained her the entire issue which i am facing.
She told me that she had captured a complaint for my mobile number & i will get an SMS confirming the complaint number.
She also promised to call me back within 24 hours.
Later when i did not receive an SMS, i called-up customer care & they told me that there in no compalint captured at all.
I once again went to the same ARC on Thursday, 26/06 but the executive sitting on counter no.2 informed me that she had a week-off & that i shud cum again on Friday, 27/06.
When i came on Friday, she was not available in the ARC.
On asking about her, i was informed that she was on a break.
I was waiting for her for half-an-hour but she did not cum.
Then i informed the executive sitting on counter no.1 to inform manisha once she comes back to call me as per her promise for a call-back.
Today is Monday, 30/06 but till now i have not received any call back from Manisha.
Is this the customer service provided at your end.
I once again repeat the entire issue.
I have 2 nos (9967036528 & 9987088272) in my name which i have taken as i wanted Inter-calling free.
Each month the bill comes with the incorrect charges as i do not get the bienifit of inter-calling.
Then i have to call the customer care & then they provide me that waiver of the incorrect charges & confirm that i will not be charged incorrectly from next bill onwards for both the nos.
But again in the bill of 9987088272, i have been charged approaximately 507.00 as once again i have not been given the benefits of Inter-call free.
I look forward to you as to get my issue resloved completely so that i get the reversal of the incorrect charges & also i shud not be charged incorrectly in future for my both the nos.
Hoping that my query will be resolved on top priority.
