DEDUCTION AGAINST AN OLD SCHEME

THERE IS A CONTINUOUS DEDUCTION OF RS. 25.00 PER MONTH (PAST 2 YRS) AGAINST AN OLD SCHEME WHICH TO ME WAS INFORMED THAT AS SOON AS I TAKE A NEW SCHEME OF THE SAME NATURE THE OLD SCHEME AUTOMATICALLY GETS TERMINATED. THE WORST IS NOW THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BLOCKED MY NUMBER AND DO NOT ANSWER TO MY CALLS. THERE ARE VARIOUS OTHER CHARGES THAT THEY KEEP DEDCUTING BUT AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS THEY REFUDN THE SAME. BUT THE OLDEST PROBLEM WHICH IS PAST 2 YEARS IS STILL NOT TAKEN CARE-OFF.
