I HUZAIFA EZZI is being given AIRTEL LIVE service for which i havent subscribed. I am being charged 30 rs. for the sms which i recieve from them. I have been complaining to the customer care for the last one year to deactivate the service but in vain. Last month I personally met MR. Dhanbeer singh (branch manager) AIRTEL service center fort br.(mumbai) and requested him to deactivate this service, but it fell on deaf ears. I still pay for what i do not use. I also recieve smses regarding AIRTEL LIVE services which is more irritating. Other then that it also feels that they are fooling us. i have talk to their C Care dept many a times for the last one year. Being not heard makes more frusturated. I think its time to get justice.
