I've trying to call airtell customer care division for last 2 weeks to activate my ISD. All of you must be aware that their customer service calls are chared. My problem never got resolved - whenever I call them they say they have a technical issue and call after 2 hours. days are there when I tried calling them more than 10 times a day and all the times I got the same answer ' technicla problem-call after 2 hours'. I am frustated and totally lost hope about their Customer service. I also advised couple of my friends to quit using airtel. I am getting a new sim card tomorrow. If this is happening again, I am sure people in Mumbai will never use airtel connection again.
