Sim card not activated

Dear Sir

we have purchased the new sim card on dt 05/07/08 from kiran mktg at borivali (w).sim no. is 9892648115 (life time) & I have submitted all document But sim is not activated till date & I have visited the kiran mktg (gallery) twice but despite giving assurances of activation it has not been activated till yet. I am waiting for your response.
