Dear Sir,

I am user of Airtel prepaid mobile. Ihave never used the facility of Vas Pack 99 for ringtone download etc. But still it is activitaed on my mobile no.9860438016.

Please deactivate this facility. I am not using your faciltiy.

Please do the favour on me.
