Wrong information given by customer care executive

Sapna customer care executive of AIRTEL (post-paid) give wrong & fake information regarding change of hello tune. My mobile no is 98761-00851. I request the company to look after this matter i.e why she give me wrong information. Did she is not aware of all the procedures or policy of the company??? This is very shameful for the company that the executives of such a good company are giving wrong informations to their customers. I hope that company look after my complaint & intemate me as early as possible. I shall be very thankful to you.
