NOT GETTING CONNECTION

I have applied for connection from airtel by changing my prepaid number to post paid. I have paid Rs 300 and given passport as address proof. The person authorised for verification had not come tyo my house but given statement that i am not residing at that house. I was staying in that house for nearly 15 years but he give the statment that i am staying only for 15 days. They have cut my out going. I am working as a marketing manager and using the same number for last 5 years as prepaid. I have contacted there showroom at pattom, trivandrum and contact customer care. But no step they have taken to clear this complaint
