Wrong balance deduction

On 3 May, Rs 13.60 was deducted from my account for reasons unknown. Its happening every few days; within a month its 3rd time that wrong balance has been deducted. I have registered complaints with customer care so many times, but it has been of no use as no action has been taken.

Terminating the Airtel services looks like the only solution left now.

I WANT REFUND OF MY MONEY.
