Subscription charges for "Musicondemand"

Dear Sir / Madam,

Just now I got an sms stating that "Your monthly subscription for the On Demand Service will be renewed in 3 days. Subscription Charges Rs. 30/Month."

I would like to clarify that I have not subscribed for the same. You are requested not to renew the same, as I do not want this service on my mobile no. 9871009676.

You are requested to kindly confirm me for not subscribing this service.
