Money not refunded

I had a postpaid connection, my mobile no was 9760011008 at Agra

I have surrended my mobile on 23rd june at Agra cell phone, kamla nagar Agra.

But till now my total refundable amount is not refunded also they have froadly activated my account while I have a written surrender application also I have submittet my sim card at that store at surrender time.

Sir, why my security money and extra payment money is not returned me.

Pls give me back my claim and stop billing of that no which I have already surrended. Its more than 2 months gone, Pls clear my account soon.
