Unwanted service and Bill

On checking the Bill details I realized that Airtel is falsely charging me from three months with "1000 Local A2A Free Minutes - MH", which was never asked for. They charged 199 199 173.32 for three months. On asking when, by whose request this service was activated, they reply you called on some date. Then on asking for log of call details they deny and say sorry no call was made on specified date. It might have been activated by Airtel Gallary or you might have received call from our cust. loot executive. Even asking about the log and voice recording about the activating the service they say we are unable to provide.

Now when police is inquiring anything, they furnish all the call log with details. But they are unable to even keep record for which they are charging (falsely) to customer. Everybody well aware of why! they lie! There is a department in Airtel to look after low billing through customer which given target to raise it by any mean. They specifically do this game. They study bill of everybody with low amount and add any of unwanted but more earning sevice for Airtel.
