I had migrated my pre-paid connection to post paid.. it got activated but it got deactivated.. the reason was that address verification was not done, but i already have a broadband connection and a postpaid connection in my name on the same address.. wat is the problem i dont understand when i am an existing customer... its been a week and a half and still no progress
