This is inform you that on dated 27th August at 8.30pm I have recharged 104rupees easy recharge for getting the GPRS Connection but till now I am not getting this service. This is my new connection & my mobile no.is 9748596324From the customer care I am not getting any help, actually customer care no.is not available. After recharging I have call 5 times but their expression is different.they told you will get your service after24hours, then again calling after that mentioned times. Then they told you will get after 48hours. They are neglecting the customer. So please asssociate me
